EXQUISITEMAD® performed on-site aluminum polishing on a 1997 Airstream, producing a mirror reflection with a recorded gloss meter measurement of 1,028 gloss units (GU).

The project brought together our proprietary polishes, application-specific methods, and organized workflows to refine the trailer’s aluminum surface and document its finished reflection.

Our team completed the polishing at the client’s location using the EXQUISITEMAD® proprietary system.

The work focused on refining the existing aluminum surface to produce a mirror reflection. Our methods and workflows guided the polishing operation from surface preparation through finished-quality verification.

Reflection Verified With a Gloss Meter

Following polishing, the aluminum recorded 1,028 GU at the measured location.

The gloss meter measured reflected light, providing an objective reading of finished surface gloss. This reading documented the result and supported our quality assurance and quality control process alongside visual inspection.

The finished mirror reflection was photographed, measured, and documented.
