Exceptional automobiles require more than a standard detailing checklist. Their paint, leather, wood, carbon fiber, decorative trim, and interior textiles may respond differently to the same product or process. We assess the vehicle and its materials before defining the work, then pursue the best appropriate appearance with the least aggressive intervention needed.

Leather care starts with identifying what is present. Vegetable-tanned leather, chrome-tanned leather, coated automotive leather, suede, specialty hides, and synthetic materials have different characteristics. Stitching, dyes, surface finishes, and previous treatments also affect the appropriate scope.

We assess these details before cleaning or conditioning an interior. We do not assume that one automotive leather product or one treatment belongs on every seat, door panel, or trim piece. The goal is to care for the material while respecting its finish, texture, and existing condition.

Luxury and exotic paintwork can be sensitive, and its response to polishing varies by vehicle, finish, panel, and prior work. Edges, trim, complex shapes, and different panel materials require particular care.

Our goal is to improve the vehicle’s appearance using the least aggressive refinement appropriate to its condition and the agreed objective. That may mean a limited polish rather than extensive correction. Where further material removal would create unnecessary risk, we recommend preservation instead.

We choose the exterior cleaning method based on the vehicle and its condition. Exotic automobiles receive careful hand washing, dry washing, rinseless washing; we do not use pressure washing as our standard approach for true exotics.  A premium car truck or SUV may warrant a different method when its construction and condition allow it. 

Wheels, tires, glass, trim, door jambs, and other accessible areas are addressed according to their materials and the agreed scope. The aim is controlled cleaning that respects sensitive finishes and details.

Luxury interiors demand attention beyond leather. Carpets vary in texture and construction. Carbon fiber may have different surface finishes. Wood can be raw, oiled, lacquered, or varnished; birch, teak, and mahogany do not all call for the same treatment.

• We assess interior textiles, wood, carbon fiber, crystal, metal accents, and other decorative elements individually. Cleaning and protection are selected for the actual surface and its condition, especially around stitching, edges, adhesives, controls, and delicate trim. 

EXQUISITEMAD® develops its own soaps, paint polishes, and wax for use in its work. Protection is selected according to the finish, preparation performed, and how the vehicle is stored or used.

We can also advise on an appropriate ongoing care schedule for a regularly driven luxury vehicle, a seasonal automobile, or a stored collection asset. Ceramic coating is available through a separate vehicle assessment where that form of protection fits the objective.

We perform qualified work at suitable residences, private garages, collection facilities, and dealership locations. Services may support routine stewardship, delivery preparation, showroom presentation, photography, auctions, or events.

• Our documented showroom work includes vehicles such as the Maserati MC20. On-site work is planned around the vehicle, available space, access, and the operating needs of the location. 

EXQUISITEMAD® documents its work with time-stamped before-and-after photographs and video. Where a finish and surface geometry are suitable, we also record reflection mesurtments  readings to document an aspect of exterior surface appearance.

Gloss readings do not measure paint thickness or establish that a finish is free of visible defects. Results depend on the material, its prior condition, and the agreed scope.

Private-client vehicles and project footage are not published without authorization. Discretion is part of the engagement.

Luxury and exotic automotive services are reserved for verified ultra-high-net-worth private clients and qualified commercial, enterprise, and government clients. We also work with eligible collections, dealerships, brokers, and production organizations.

• This service can support both collection automobiles and regularly driven luxury vehicles. Each engagement is assessed individually; we do not assign a standard process based on the badge, vehicle size, or a preset package.
