EXQUISITE Mobile Auto & Aviation Detailing EXQUISITEMAD LLC (“EXQUISITEMAD®”), provides professional detailing, cleaning, and polishing services with the goal of improving the appearance and longevity of surfaces. However, clients should understand that results are not guaranteed, nor are they typical. We Do NOT provide any restoration, body work, mechanical services. We only detail and polish are safely accessible. We do not work while on ladders as we can not maintain 3 points of contact while working 29 CFR 1910.23. We only work while on ground level or on platform an only at arms leght (we do not overreach) 29 CFR 1926 . We do not enter any confined space, or get on top of, climb on, walk on, stand on, lean on, crawl on any unit being detailed, polished undergoing any of our services. We adhere strictly to OSHA, NIOSH, DOT, TSA, laws, rules and regulations.

General Service Disclaimer

EXQUISITEMAD® strives for client satisfaction; however, nothing will be “like new,” appear “brand new,” or be “new” after any detailing or polishing service. Pre-existing wear, damage, and deterioration of materials limit the outcomes that can be achieved.

PAINT SERVICES

Paint condition can be misleading by initial appearance. While paint polishing or correction can enhance gloss and reduce visible imperfections, EXQUISITEMAD® does not guarantee a defect-free or swirl-free finish. All painted surfaces are subject to the limitations of their existing condition.

EXQUISITEMAD®:

• Does not perform or offer body work or paint repair
• Does not guarantee the removal or restoration of surfaces with stains, etching, cracks, scuffs, oxidation, swirls, water spots, overspray, or chemical damage
• Paint that is contaminated, scratched, gouged, chalky, peeling, or sun-faded will never appear “new” after polishing or detailing

GEL COAT DETAILING SERVICES

Gel coat condition also varies and may appear deceptively sound before inspection. Similar limitations apply:

• Defect-free or swirl-free finishes are not guaranteed
• Cracks, chalking, oxidation, water spots, etching, chemical damage, and deep scratches are considered permanent
• No warranty is provided on gel coat Detailing work

METAL POLISHING SERVICES

Surfaces such as aluminum, stainless steel, chrome, brass, nickel, platinum, and gold leaf vary in cast, finish, and metallurgical composition. Results will always depend on the condition of the metal prior to service.

EXQUISITE Mobile Auto & Aviation Detailing EXQUISITEMAD LLC (“EXQUISITEMAD®”):

• Does NOT provide any restoration or body work services
• Does NOT sand Airstream trailers, aircraft, DOT-regulated tanks, or any pressurized metal surfaces
• Does NOT remove decals, accessories, or glued ornaments prior to polishing
• Does NOT provide any polishing to areas that are corroded, and or not safely accessible according to OSHA.
• Does NOT guarantee the removal or restoration of pre-existing sanding marks, swirls, pig tails, metal burns, discoloration, adhesive leaching, corrosion, or tinting
• Cannot match areas previously covered by decals to exposed, aged metal due to UV and oxide variation
• Brushed finishes and cast aluminum may yield only semi-gloss or non-uniform reflective results
• Does not guarantee color uniformity or optical perfection in / on polished surfaces
• Will not alter cast, brushed, or chemically tinted aluminum finishes beyond what is achievable by surface polishing

Note: Orange, yellow, pitted, rough to the touch, or chemically tinted metal cannot be restored to a “like new” condition, corroded metal can NOT be polished.

METAL POLISHING SERVICES & TRAILER LIMITATIONS

EXQUISITE Mobile Auto & Aviation Detailing EXQUISITEMAD LLC (“EXQUISITEMAD®”), provides professional aluminum and metal polishing services across a wide range of vehicle and trailer types. However, all polishing results are strictly limited by the original condition, material type, and prior exposure of the surface.

Included Trailer Types:

This policy applies to all of the following trailers and units, whether for commercial, private, military, or recreational use:

• Tankers (e.g., DOT 406/407/412 tanks, fuel haulers, chemical tankers)
• Dry Van Trailers
• Reefer Trailers
• Flatbed Trailers
• Step Deck Trailers
• Lowboy Trailers
• Car Haulers
• Enclosed Trailers
• Livestock Trailers
• Grain Trailers
• Pneumatic Bulk Trailers
• Vacuum Tank Trailers

•  EXQUISITEMAD® does NOT sand any trailer surface, including DOT-certified tankers, Airstreams, vintage aluminum campers, or any metal unit subject to pressure, federal certification, or corrosion risk.
• We do not remove rivets, decals, ornaments, glued trim, or mounted accessories during the polishing process.
• We do not remove or guarantee the improvement of pre-existing damage such as:
• Deep gouges
• Swirl marks or sanding trails
• Burns or chemical etching
• Oxidation, shadows or discoloration
• Glue, adhesive leaching, or overspray effects
• Corrosion, Pitting
• We Do not guarantee color uniformity or optical perfection in polished surfaces
• We Will not alter cast, brushed, or chemically tinted aluminum finishes beyond what is achievable by surface polishing
• Polished metal may reflect semi-gloss, mirrored, or satin finishes depending on the type of aluminum (cast, extruded, brushed, milled, coated) and its condition.
• Previously covered areas (e.g., decal shadows) may remain permanently altered due to UV exposure, oxide layer changes, or chemical interaction with adhesives.
• Metal surfaces with orange or yellow tinting will not return to a like-new state, and may retain hue inconsistencies despite multiple polishing stages.

EXQUISITE Mobile Auto & Aviation Detailing EXQUISITEMAD LLC (“EXQUISITEMAD®”), does not guarantee color, finish, brightness, reflectivity, or uniformity, as these are dependent on the metal’s inherent properties and wear history. We do not stand, lean, crawl, on top of any unit. We do not enter any confined spaces under any circumstances. We do not polish any corroded or structural unsound surfaces. We do not detail or polish any areas not safely accessible.

VINYL, PLASTIC, WOOD DISCLAIMER

Vinyl, plastic, and wood surfaces may degrade due to age, exposure, and prior care. Conditions like:

• Dry rot, adhesive failure, sun damage, brittleness, discoloration, or oxidation
  may result in cracking, flaking, or distortion during cleaning, polishing, or dressing. These materials are cleaned and treated at client risk.

CERAMIC COATING DISCLAIMER

Ceramic coatings are applied based on surface condition and environmental suitability. EXQUISITEMAD® makes no warranty or guarantee that ceramic coatings will:

• Prevent or resist swirls, scratches, water spots, impacts, chemical burns, fire, or environmental contamination
• Protect against rail dust, oil, tar, tree sap, or fallout

The ability to apply ceramic coatings depends on surface porosity, contamination level, and prior treatments.

DOT COMPLIANCE AND METAL POLISHING LIMITATIONS

EXQUISITE Mobile Auto & Aviation Detailing EXQUISITEMAD LLC (“EXQUISITEMAD®”), does NOT perform thickness testing or structural inspection of any tanker or pressure vessel.

In compliance with DOT 49 CFR §180.407(i) and related regulations (§178.320(a), §178.345-2, etc.), EXQUISITEMAD®:

• Does not sand DOT 406 tanks
• Does not offer corrosion repair or thickness testing
• Only provides aesthetic aluminum polishing and ceramic protection, which may assist visual inspection but is not a substitute for DOT-compliant structural testing

DECAL REMOVAL AND SHADOWING

EXQUISITE Mobile Auto & Aviation Detailing EXQUISITEMAD LLC (“EXQUISITEMAD®”), recommends polishing around existing decals. Should a client opt for decal removal:

• EXQUISITEMAD® will not guarantee the removal of adhesive shadows, chemical leaching, or oxide layer discoloration
• Shadows may appear permanent due to chemical interactions, UV differential, and altered oxidation processes
• Clients are advised to cover these areas with replacement decals or matching graphics for aesthetic uniformity

AIRCRAFT DETAILING & POLISHING DISCLAIMER

EXQUISITE Mobile Auto & Aviation Detailing EXQUISITEMAD LLC (“EXQUISITEMAD®”), provides high-end detailing, polishing, and brightwork services for privately owned aircraft, corporate fleets, charter companies, and aircraft management firms. Services are performed with care, skill, and attention to detail—but subject to the inherent limitations of paint, gel coat, and metal surfaces as outlined below.

Paint Disclaimer (Applicable to All Aircraft)

Aircraft paint varies in thickness, composition, age, and exposure, and initial appearance may not accurately reflect condition.
While detailing and polishing may enhance gloss and remove surface contaminants, EXQUISITEMAD® makes no guarantee of a “like new,” “new,” or “factory” finish.

We do not:

• Perform body work or paint repairs
• Remove, repair, or replace damaged coatings
• Guarantee the removal of etching, oxidation, scratches, swirls, water spots, stains, or chemical fallout

Surfaces that are oxidized, cracked, peeling, contaminated, or stained will never appear new or defect-free following any paint correction or polishing service.

Metal Polishing Disclaimer (Aircraft Brightwork & Structural Surfaces)

Aircraft metals—including aluminum alloys, stainless steel, titanium, and other brightwork—are subject to oxidation, staining, and chemical damage due to operational and environmental exposure.

EXQUISITE Mobile Auto & Aviation Detailing EXQUISITEMAD LLC (“EXQUISITEMAD®”),:

• Does NOT sand any aircraft metals (fuselage, wings, nacelles, pylons, belly skins, leading edges, etc.)
• Does NOT remove rivets, decals, placards, inspection plates, access panels, or fasteners
• Does NOT guarantee the removal of staining, chemical burns, discoloration, or pre-existing sanding damage
• Cannot ensure perfect uniformity or full restoration of oxidized or previously coated metal areas
• Does not match newly polished metal to areas formerly covered by decals or exposed to varying UV/weather conditions

Aircraft brightwork will always contain swirls, micro-abrasions, pigtails, or optical distortions under certain lighting conditions. The final finish is subject to:

• The alloy, cast, or grain structure of the metal
• Prior maintenance history
• Exposure to hydraulic fluid, de-icing chemicals, fuel stains, UV, and other aviation-related contaminants

Aircraft Access Limitations

For security, liability, and FAA regulatory reasons, EXQUISITEMAD® strictly prohibits entry into the following aircraft areas during any service:

• Cockpit / Flight Deck
• Avionics bays / instrument panels
• Cargo holds (unless authorized)
• Fuel tank access points
• Engine compartments
• Mechanical or maintenance access doors
• Any area sealed or tagged by maintenance staff or FAA-regulated operations

EXQUISITEMAD® technicians only access exterior surfaces and approved cabin/interior areas designated by the aircraft owner or management representative. Any required access must be formally authorized in writing prior to service.

Summary of Limitations (Aircraft)

EXQUISITEMAD® does not guarantee that any aircraft surface—painted, metal, vinyl, plastic, or composite—will:

• Be restored to like-new appearance
• Be made swirl-free, scratch-free, or defect-free
• Regain original color or brightness
• Be free of visual inconsistencies

All work is performed with non-invasive tools, aviation-safe products, and procedures designed to preserve the aesthetic condition of the aircraft without compromising structural integrity or mechanical systems.

Cybertruck Polishing Services Disclaimer

EXQUISITE Mobile Auto & Aviation Detailing EXQUISITEMAD LLC (“EXQUISITEMAD®”) employs a specialized polishing process to enhance the appearance of the Cybertruck’s 301 stainless steel exoskeleton, achieving a vibrant, mirror-like finish under natural midday sunlight that will not be flawless due to inherent material limitations. Factory sanding marks, inherent to the manufacturing process, are often deep and potentially structural, and complete removal is not feasible as it could compromise the metal’s integrity or require excessive material removal (e.g., using 180, 220, or 280-grit sanding discs, airway wheels, or grinders). Our approach prioritizes preserving the metal’s strength while delivering a concours-level aesthetic suitable for shows, resale, or daily use, enhancing the Cybertruck’s visual appeal and brand presence.

Cybertruck stainless steel surfaces will always contain remnants of factory sanding marks, material characteristics (e.g., stainless steel grain, waves, pressing, or casting), swirls, or micro-abrasions under lighting conditions or angles. The final finish is subject to:

• The depth and structural nature of factory sanding marks
• The alloy and grain structure of the 301 stainless steel
• Prior exposure to environmental factors (e.g., UV, road debris, or chemical contact)

Visibility of Sanding Marks & Swirls Under Lighting Conditions

While our polishing process achieves a high-gloss, vibrant finish, faint remnants of factory sanding marks, material characteristics, and polishing swirls may remain visible under lighting conditions, including:

• Direct Sunlight or any light source: Although polishing can improve appearance and produce a reflective like finish sanding marks and imperfections will always be visible! 
• Dusk or Dawn: Low-angle sunlight creates high contrast, which may highlight sanding marks as subtle lines or distortions in the reflection due to their depth.
• LED & Artificial Lighting: Intense, directional LED lights (e.g., cool white or high-CRI) can reveal smoothed factory sanding marks or micro-abrasions, as they accentuate surface topography.
• Glancing Angles Under ANY Light Source: Viewing the surface at specific, close-to-surface angles can make smoothed marks more noticeable, as light reflects and scatters randomly off of these areas.

This ensures no weakening or thinning of the panels, balancing both functionality and aesthetics. Deep or structural factory sanding marks are smoothed to be as imperceptible as possible under midday sunlight, preserving the metal’s strength while achieving a mirror-like shine but will never be eliminated.

Cybertruck Polishing Materials and Techniques

EXQUISITE Mobile Auto & Aviation Detailing EXQUISITEMAD LLC (“EXQUISITEMAD®”) uses proprietary trade secret liquid and paste polishes with aluminum oxide particles in a creamy base, followed by ultra-fine synthetic diamond in gel or paste for final clarity enhancement. These polishes range from 400 to 14,000 grit and are applied using various tools, polishing pads, and discs to achieve the best possible finish. This meticulous process ensures a vibrant, high-gloss reflection tailored for outdoor viewing conditions.

Cybertruck Polishing Access Limitations

EXQUISITE Mobile Auto & Aviation Detailing EXQUISITEMAD LLC (“EXQUISITEMAD®”) only polishes areas of the Cybertruck that are in their natural OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) state. We do not remove any parts, hardware, decals, or accessories during the polishing process to ensure the vehicle’s integrity and compliance with its original design. Additionally, we do not polish areas that are not normally visible, and we only work as close to sensitive parts as necessary to avoid causing any damage. In these areas, we fade and blend the finish as best as possible without damaging the surfaces.

Our Commitment

EXQUISITE Mobile Auto & Aviation Detailing EXQUISITEMAD LLC (“EXQUISITEMAD®”) is dedicated to delivering outstanding results that elevate the Cybertruck’s appearance and value. Our finish provides a clear, mirror-like reflection under natural midday sunlight, with factory sanding marks smoothed for a near-flawless appearance in these conditions. However, due to the depth and potential structural nature of these marks, they may remain faintly visible under dusk, dawn, LED lighting, or specific angles in sunlight. Clients seeking a show-quality shine for outdoor viewing will find our service unmatched. Those requiring absolute perfection under artificial lighting or all angles may need specialized processes beyond our current service offering.

BIG RIG PAINT CORRECTION & METAL POLISHING DISCLAIMER

EXQUISITE Mobile Auto & Aviation Detailing EXQUISITEMAD LLC (“EXQUISITEMAD®”), offers advanced paint correction and aluminum polishing services for big rigs, semi-trucks, heavy-duty tractors, tankers, and commercial transport vehicles. While services are performed using industry-leading techniques and proprietary compounds, results are limited by the condition of the paint and metal surfaces at the time of service.

Paint Correction Disclaimer (Big Rigs & Semi-Trucks)

Paint surfaces on heavy-duty trucks often experience extreme wear, environmental exposure, and chemical contamination. Although paint correction can improve overall gloss and clarity, it will not restore the surface to like-new or factory finish condition.

EXQUISITEMAD®:

• Does NOT perform body work or repainting
• Does not guarantee removal of deep scratches, water spots, etched bug damage, oxidation, or chemical stains
• Will communicate any pre-existing paint issues such as thinning clear coat, peeling, cracking, or corrosion prior to correction
• Does not guarantee a swirl-free or defect-free finish after polishing

Surfaces that are heavily oxidized, chipped, stained, chemically burned, or aged may not respond uniformly to polishing and will never appear “new” following detailing.

Final results depend entirely on:

• Paint type and age
• Environmental exposure
• Surface preparation and previous repair history

Metal Polishing Disclaimer (Big Rigs, Fuel Tankers, & Aluminum Components)

EXQUISITEMAD® specializes in high-gloss aluminum polishing for various big rig components including:

• Fuel tanks
• Toolboxes
• Wheels and rims
• Steps, catwalks, bumpers
• Front and rear aluminum panels
• Mirror brackets, light panels, grill surrounds, visor trim, air tanks

However, aluminum, stainless steel, and other metals may display permanent imperfections depending on their composition and condition.

EXQUISITEMAD®:

• Does NOT sand any DOT-regulated tanks, air tanks, or pressurized vessels
• Does NOT guarantee the removal of sanding marks, gouges, pigtails, or prior damage caused by poor polishing techniques or environmental exposure
• Does not remove decals, trim, or attached fixtures
• Does not guarantee color uniformity or optical perfection in polished surfaces
• Will not alter cast, brushed, or chemically tinted aluminum finishes beyond what is achievable by surface polishing

Polished surfaces may retain oxidation shadows, glue residue, decal outlines, or hue variation from sun exposure or chemical interaction. EXQUISITEMAD® does not guarantee that previously covered or aged areas will match exposed or polished metal.

Important Note:
Hash marks, swirls, or tinting may appear under specific lighting or viewing angles. The appearance of semi-gloss or reflective finishes depends on the metallurgy, casting process, and pre-service condition of the component.

Safety Disclaimer

At EXQUISITE Mobile Auto & Aviation Detailing EXQUISITEMAD LLC (“EXQUISITEMAD®”), safety is our number one priority. We abide by OSHA and NIOSH standards to ensure the highest levels of protection for our team, your property, and the environment. As such, we only polish and detail areas that are safely accessible, using industry-standard precautions to minimize any risks. If an area poses potential hazards, respectfully decline service to that section.

VIDEO DOCUMENTATION

EXQUISITEMAD® records all services in 4K to 5.3K high-definition using professional video equipment:

• Footage includes before, during, and after service
• Content may be published across EXQUISITEMAD® websites, platforms, and social media
• Video footage may be used for internal training, quality assurance, marketing, or legal proceedings

Acceptance of Terms

By engaging EXQUISITEMAD® for any service, the client acknowledges and accepts the limitations, disclosures, and disclaimers outlined above. Final payment serves as confirmation of the client’s acceptance of the completed work and agreement to the terms presented herein.

Service Agreement Terms and Legal Disclosures

EXQUISITEMAD® LLC, d/b/a EXQUISITE Mobile Auto & Aviation Detailing (“EXQUISITEMAD®”), requires all clients to execute a binding service agreement governed by the laws of the State of Florida prior to the commencement of any service.

Deposits and Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total service fee is required before any scheduling, travel, or service begins. The remaining balance is due in accordance with the progress payment schedule outlined in the service agreement, with final payment due immediately upon completion of services.

Client Obligations

Clients are responsible for:

• Ensuring the vehicle, aircraft, trailer, or item is available and accessible on the scheduled date(s)
• Providing appropriate working space and conditions
• Being present (or assigning an authorized representative) at the time of service if requested

Failure to provide access or availability may result in rescheduling fees, additional charges, or forfeiture of deposit.

Travel Charges, Per Diem, and Airfare

EXQUISITEMAD® applies the IRS Standard Mileage Rate for all travel to and from the job site location. For extended or out-of-region travel, the following charges apply and are due up front at the time of the deposit:

• Federal GSA Per Diem
• Meals & Incidental Expenses (M&IE)
• Airfare, Car Rental, Work Visa, and related travel costs (for services outside the Southeastern United States)

Note: The Southeastern United States is defined as Florida (FL), Georgia (GA), Alabama (AL), Mississippi (MS), Louisiana (LA), Tennessee (TN), Texas (TX)

All travel-related expenses will be calculated and invoiced in advance and must be paid in full at the time the 50% deposit is made in order to secure scheduling and dispatch of personnel or equipment.

Failure to remit travel-related expenses in full may result in delay, cancellation, or forfeiture of deposit.

Accepted Payment Methods

EXQUISITEMAD® accepts the following payment methods:

• Cashier’s Check
• ACH Bank Transfer
• Domestic Bank Wire
• Credit or Debit Card (via PayPal Business)

Invoices are issued via email and/or text message. Payments can be made digitally or in person using the secure PayPal Business system. Receipts are automatically sent via email and text.

Media Recording and Usage

All work is documented using 4K to 5.3K video equipment (e.g., GoPro) for quality assurance, training, marketing, and legal purposes.

EXQUISITEMAD® reserves the right to:

• Publish footage on its website, YouTube, and social media platforms
• Use footage for internal documentation, marketing, or portfolio purposes
• Submit footage as evidence in case of disputes, non-payment, or legal claims

Late Payment and Collections

All overdue balances are subject to 2.5% monthly interest. Failure to remit payment may result in:

• Imposition of a mechanic’s lien or possessory lien
• Initiation of civil litigation
• Reporting to law enforcement for Theft of Services
• Involvement of third-party debt collection agencies

Refunds and Warranties

EXQUISITEMAD® provides no refunds, warranties, or guarantees for any detailing, cleaning, polishing, or cosmetic enhancement services.

Final payment constitutes full acceptance of the services rendered and acknowledgment that all disclosed limitations were understood prior to service.

At no time does EXQUISITEMAD® engage in, condone, or permit the exchange of money, gifts, services, or favors in return for access to clients, job sites, facilities, contracts, or service opportunities at any location—public or private.

Any attempt to solicit, coerce, or require EXQUISITEMAD® to participate in such unethical conduct will be treated as a serious legal matter.

All violations or attempted violations will be immediately reported to appropriate federal, state, and tribal authorities, including but not limited to:

• Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI)
• Department of Homeland Security (DHS)
• Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)
• Federal Trade Commission (FTC)
• Department of Transportation (DOT)
