Aviation Detailing & Brightwork Polishing Training & Licensing
On-Site Training for Aircraft Maintenance Facilities, FBOs & Approved Aviation Organizations
Develop an additional service while the aircraft is already at your facility.
EXQUISITEMAD® offers aviation detailing and brightwork polishing training and licensing for qualified aircraft maintenance companies, repair stations, FBOs, aircraft paint shops, manufacturers, and approved aviation organizations that have been operating for at least two years.
We train your personnel at your location, combining practical instruction, safety awareness, workflow development, and measurable quality control.
Training and licensing are not offered to individuals or detailing businesses.
Expand Your Existing Aviation Service Offering
Your organization may already have an aircraft in its care for scheduled maintenance, inspections, paintwork, or other services.
Developing in-house detailing and brightwork polishing capabilities creates an opportunity to offer an additional customer-approved service during that visit.
For facilities already performing this work, training can help improve organization, product management, and finished-quality verification.

Application-Specific On-Site Instruction
Training is tailored to the approved detailing and brightwork applications within your operation.
Depending on the agreed scope, instruction may address exterior cleaning, paint surface care, interior detailing, and brightwork polishing.
Your personnel receive instruction in relevant concepts, techniques, workflow organization, tool and product use, safety awareness, and quality verification.
Work is coordinated with your facility’s aircraft access controls and maintenance operations.
Build Efficiency Into the Service
EXQUISITEMAD® training emphasizes organized workflows, controlled product use, and consistent crew practices.
The objective is to help your facility manage detailing as an additional service while reducing unnecessary effort and product waste.
Supervisors gain an overview of how to monitor the work and evaluate finished results.
Safety & Aircraft Surface Preservation
Safety and preservation are central to the program.
Instruction emphasizes recognizing application-specific hazards, appropriate protective equipment, safe tool handling, work-area organization, and awareness of sensitive aircraft surfaces and components.
Training also emphasizes respecting the approved scope and coordinating with your organization’s responsible maintenance personnel.
Measurable Quality Assurance & Quality Control
EXQUISITEMAD® uses gloss meters and proprietary reference charts to support quality verification on applicable aircraft paint and brightwork surfaces.
Gloss meters measure reflected light, providing an objective reading of surface gloss. On applicable brightwork surfaces, our charts support evaluation of mirror-like and mirror finishes.
This gives supervisors a measurable component of quality control alongside visual inspection, helping them document results and track crew consistency.
Featured aircraft photographs, readings, and charts provide an overview. Proprietary procedures and detailed instruction are reserved for approved training and licensing.
Tools & Proprietary Products
Licensed aviation organizations receive access to purchase approved tools, pads, proprietary polishes, compounds, and supporting products at wholesale pricing.
Product selection and authorized applications are defined within the agreed program scope.
Ongoing support helps your organization maintain the approved system.
Aviation Training & Licensing Arrangements
Licensing includes a minimum 18-month application-specific use license, an upfront fee, on-site training, approved branding permissions, wholesale product access, and ongoing support.
Monthly fees, royalties, authorized applications, and available regional options are established in the licensing agreement.
