Horse Trailer Polishing Training & Licensing
On-Site Training for Horse Trailer Dealerships, Manufacturers & Maintenance Facilities
Add a polishing revenue opportunity to your existing trailer operation.
EXQUISITEMAD® offers horse trailer polishing training and licensing for qualified dealerships, manufacturers, maintenance and service facilities, and approved organizations that have been operating for at least two years.
We train your personnel at your location, combining proprietary polishing instruction with safety training, workflow development, and measurable quality control.
Training and licensing are not offered to individuals or detailing businesses.
Offer Polishing Within an Existing Customer Relationship
A horse trailer may already be at your facility for service, maintenance, trade-in evaluation, consignment, or sales preparation.
Developing an in-house polishing capability creates an opportunity to offer another paid service while the trailer is already in your care.
Manufacturers with applicable aluminum surfaces can also discuss training for approved finishing applications within their operations.
Who This Program Serves
- Horse trailer dealerships.
- Trailer maintenance and service facilities.
- Horse trailer manufacturers.
- Approved organizations with established trailer operations.
Practical Training at Your Facility
On-site instruction addresses your approved trailer applications and working environment.
Training covers polishing concepts, applicable surface considerations, techniques, workflow organization, tool and product use, safety awareness, and finished-quality verification.
Supervisors receive an overview of the quality-control approach used to evaluate crew results.
Time Savings & Controlled Product Use
An organized polishing operation helps your personnel manage both work time and supplies.
EXQUISITEMAD® instruction emphasizes consistent processes, controlled product use, consumable planning, and reducing unnecessary effort.
The objective is to help your organization introduce or improve polishing as a manageable in-house service.
Safety Training for Your Personnel
Horse trailer polishing requires attention to powered equipment, exterior fittings, access, and the surrounding work area.
Instruction emphasizes recognizing hazards, appropriate protective equipment, safe tool handling, and organized working practices intended to reduce personnel injury risk.
Safety remains part of preparation, execution, and completion.
Measurable Quality Assurance & Quality Control
Gloss meters and EXQUISITEMAD® reference charts support verification of surface reflection.
The meters measure reflected light, providing an objective reading of surface gloss. On applicable polished aluminum surfaces, our charts support evaluation of mirror-like and mirror finishes.
This helps supervisors track consistency and document the gloss component of finished quality alongside visual inspection.
Relevant project photographs and charts can illustrate the QA/QC approach. Detailed procedures remain within the approved program.
Approved Tools, Pads & Polishes
Licensed organizations receive wholesale access to purchase the tools, pads, proprietary polishes, compounds, and supporting supplies specified for their approved application.
Ongoing support helps your team maintain the approved system.
Horse Trailer Polishing Licensing
Arrangements include a minimum 18-month application-specific use license, an upfront licensing fee, on-site training, approved branding permissions, product access, and ongoing support.
